iPhone, Samsung, Android and tablet repair inquiries
Customers may contact Air Free Phone about repair questions involving Apple iPhone models, Samsung Galaxy phones, other Android smartphones and some tablets. A brand name alone is not enough to confirm a repair. The exact model, age, physical condition, symptoms and availability of compatible parts can affect whether service is practical.
Before visiting, identify the device model if possible. On a working phone, this may appear under Settings. On a device that will not turn on, the model number may appear on the case, SIM tray, original box or purchase record. Sharing the correct model helps the business understand the inquiry, but it does not create a promise that a part or repair is available.
Cracked or unresponsive screen
A screen problem may involve broken glass, display damage, touch failure, dark areas, lines, flickering or a screen that no longer responds. A device should be inspected before deciding whether the display assembly, another component or the phone itself is the main issue.
Battery and power problems
Fast battery drain, unexpected shutdowns, swelling, overheating or a phone that will not power on can have more than one cause. Stop using a visibly swollen or unusually hot battery and contact the business for guidance before bringing it in.
Charging port issues
A phone that charges only at an angle, charges slowly or does not recognize a cable may have debris, cable damage, port wear, battery trouble or another internal problem. Bring the charger when it is relevant to the symptoms.
Speaker, microphone and call audio
Low sound, distorted audio, failed speakerphone or callers who cannot hear you may involve the speaker, microphone, software, a blocked opening, liquid exposure or a damaged port. Diagnosis should come before replacing parts.
Camera, buttons and sensors
Camera focus problems, a broken lens, failed power or volume buttons, vibration issues and sensor faults may require model-specific parts. Describe whether the problem followed a drop, repair attempt, update or exposure to moisture.
Water or liquid damage
Liquid exposure can affect several components and may continue causing corrosion after the outside looks dry. Turn the device off when safe, avoid charging it, and do not rely on rice as a repair. Inspection is needed before repair or data expectations can be discussed.
